We occasionally receive enquiries for Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs, Appenzellers and Entlebuchers.

Unfortunately for those that may be interested in these breeds there are currently none in Australia that we are aware of, though we have heard rumours of one being imported as a pet some years ago.

Introducing new breeds to a country that has not had them before is a costly and time-consuming exercise. Those interested in importing these breeds may find themselves running their costs into the tens of thousands of dollars.
